Magic Spark is looking for some LAMDA teachers. We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic teacher of LAMDA who will teach approximately 8-10, 30-minute-1 hour lessons per week.

Start Date: September 2017
Contact: Term time only (typically 2 hours per day)
Salary: £22-27/hr based on experience
Locations: Leicester, Redbridge, Harrow and Croydon

Duties:

• Preparing students from year 1-13 in their LAMDA examinations
• Providing registers, reports and documentation around pupil attendance and progress
• Dealing with parent queries

Person Qualifications:

The successful candidate is likely to have the following qualifications, knowledge and experience:

 Education to degree level, preferably with a professional teaching qualification
 Experience in teaching Verse and Prose
 Experience in teaching Acting
 Some technical knowledge
 Proficient IT skills
 Good administrative and organisational ability
 Experience of LAMDA qualifications
 The ability to work effectively in a team
 A willingness to work the flexible hours the subject demands during term time
 Energy, commitment, imagination and a sense of humour
